About Miles & Company
The name was created in 1981 in response to a need to affiliate
with differencing needs of several companies serving the floral
industry. In 1969 Miles discovered a method for wheel throwing
an un-centered ball of clay. This early Edo Japanese technique
coupled with unfailing energy has made possible the past 43 years
of pottery sales.
